Starting Course
Given the speed and scale of international trade, intercultural communication and conflict resolution are becoming increasingly important. Every day, millions of exchanges between people from other cultures take place thanks to the ease of global communication enabled by technology, the plethora of cheaper transit options, and the frequent use of cross-border talent by businesses. Consider how interactions between individuals from other cultures can further complicate the communication process. There will be discussion of communication styles, communication techniques, communication orientations, generalizations, and stereotypes.

2. Examine the dynamics of relationships across cultures.
